Hi, I’m Catrin and I provide a Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy service

I am fully qualified and provide treatment either in the comfort of your own home, at your workplace, or from my treatment room in Nevill Street, Abergavenny.

I provide mobile services within 25 miles of Abergavenny, including Cwmbran, Newport, Tredegar, Monmouth and Brecon.

Massage Therapy is a “hands on” treatment which is used to promote relaxation, reduce pain and improve the quality of soft tissues (muscles, connective tissue, fascia).

All new clients will have a consultation to determine any issues that you feel you need to address and to prepare an appropriate treatment plan. Any changes or questions will be discussed with returning clients.

Home care exercises will be provided, with ongoing support.
